Harley-Davidson Livewire is an electric motorcycle which goes from 0-100 in 3 seconds.All you do is flick your wrist and take off(Harley-Davidson).With a city range of 235 Km and 152 km highway the Livewire comes with high-voltage battery, RESS;Rechargeable Energy Storage System.
The Livewire offers ECC(Electronic Chassis Control System),that works with ABS,TCS and DSCS to give rider more confidence and control in less-than-ideal situation.Fully Adjustable Suspension in front and rear and 10.9 cm full-color LC display makes the bike very well equipped and ready for EV market.
Coming to Design the Livewire is a mix of muscular Harley look with modern elements, the tank keeps reminding of heavy badass Harley.The motor placement gives bike a bold look.Headlamp and tank makes this motorcycle aggressive.
Expected to launch by end of August and at a price of 18-20 lakhs it will be interesting to know whether Harley can make its place in the growing EV market of India.
